2. Custom and Tailored Orders


We love making clothing that’s just right for you. If you’re ordering a custom or tailored piece:

* Please share your exact measurements and preferences when placing your order.
* Full payment is required before we begin crafting your personalized piece.
* Since custom orders are made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.
We’ll do our best to ensure your tailored piece is perfect, and if you have any questions or concerns during the process, we’re here to help!


3. Ordering and Payment


Placing an order with us is simple:

* You can order through our website or during exhibitions and events.
* We offer convenient payment options at checkout.
* Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you don’t receive it, let us know so we can assist you.
If there are ever any issues with your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to work out a solution.


4. Processing, Shipping and Delivery


We aim to make sure your order reaches you on time and in perfect condition:

* All orders are processed within 7 - 10 business days of receiving your order confirmation. * Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.
* Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. If you need help updating your address, just reach out to us.

* Domestic Orders (within the same country):
Typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the shipping date.
* International Orders:
Delivery times vary based on destination and can take 7-10 business days or longer, depending on customs clearance procedures.
* Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
* If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays.

5. Caring for Your Fourth Button Pieces


Our products are made with premium materials like wool, linen , cotton and other delicate fabrics. To help them last, please follow the care instructions included with your item. If you have any questions about how to care for your piece, we’re happy to guide you.


6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds


We want you to love your purchase, so here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

* Custom or tailored pieces are made just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.
* For non-custom products, you can exchange them within 7 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in their original packaging.
* If you believe there’s a defect with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.


7. Exhibitions and Events


We love meeting our customers in person! At exhibitions, you can see our collection, place orders, or even purchase items on the spot. Orders placed during exhibitions follow the same policies as online orders.

All the designs, images, and content you see on our website belong to Fourth Button. We work hard to create these unique pieces, so we kindly ask that you don’t copy or use them without our permission.
